Premier Foods to share any RHM surplus among other DB schemes

Premier Foods has agreed a segregated merger of its RHM, Premier Foods and Premier Grocery Products pension schemes, with a view to sharing any surplus of the RHM scheme among the other schemes. The company said the RHM scheme is "moving progressively clo
